Eight minutes.
One subject.
Your point of view.
Please Come Talk is a night for short speeches in front of a live audience. They can be personal, political, historical, funny, searching, argumentative—or something we have not thought of yet.
For Volume 3, every speech begins somewhere inside storage: what we keep, where we put it, what accumulates, what disappears, and what carries a memory forward.
The audience listens without immediate debate. Between groups of talks, we drink, mingle and let the ideas sit for a minute.

eight minutes.
You do not need to be a professional speaker. You need an idea you care enough about to stand behind.

Sound like yourself. The speech should be written by you, not generated for you.
